Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription overview
F1Alerts offers two prepaid plans, each covering a fixed 30-day period:
- Email only — ₹140 / 30 days. Slot alerts sent to your Gmail inbox.
- Email + Calls — ₹220 / 30 days. Gmail alerts plus a phone call for every slot detected.
Access is activated immediately upon successful payment and remains active until the expiry date shown in your dashboard.
Payment is processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or banking details.
Refund eligibility
Service downtime refund: If F1Alerts is unable to monitor or send alerts for more than 3 consecutive days from your purchase date due to a fault on our side, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the remaining unused days of your subscription.
Downtime caused by the following is outside our control and does not qualify for a refund:
- CheckVisaSlots API being unavailable or changing their API
- Your CheckVisaSlots sessions being exhausted (you can refill them — see dashboard)
- The US Visa Scheduling portal being unavailable
- Twilio or Gmail SMTP service disruptions
- Your phone being switched off, DND enabled, or spam-filtering our calls
No-refund situations
- Change of mind after payment
- You did not get a visa appointment (we only alert — we don't book)
- Slots opened but you did not book in time
- You forgot to configure your locations or access code
- Partial use of the subscription period
- Downtime due to third-party service failures (CheckVisaSlots, Twilio, etc.)
How to claim a refund
Email f1alertsindia@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Your Cashfree order ID (visible in your payment receipt)
- A brief description of the issue and the dates affected
We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
There is no auto-renewal. Your subscription simply expires after 30 days. You are not charged again unless you manually renew.
To delete your account entirely, email f1alertsindia@gmail.com.
